Media artist Andrea Polli's "Atmospherics/Weather Works" offers gallery visitors large scale interactive projections and sonifications of hurricanes, polar weather, and global warming. Working with meteorological and environmental scientists, Ms. Polli uses field data to create a compelling, immersive atmosphere activated by turbulent and evocative compositions.
